How to get there

     

To reach Struthof from Strasbourg:

  • A35 towards Colmar
  • then follow the signs for Schirmeck, Molsheim
  • take the exit for Saint-Dié, Schirmeck, Mutzig
  • cross Schirmeck and Rothau
  • follow the directions for « le camp du Struthof » just before arriving at Natzwiller

Struthof is around 60 km from Strasbourg. The trip takes an hour by road. Access is possible only by private car or chartered coach.

Sundays and holiday banks, from 15th march to 15th december, a bus service, the LR253, Memory's route, transports travellers, from Schirmeck and Rothau stations (informations JOSY TOURISME 03 88 97 02 50 or "Haute Vallée de la Bruche tourist office" 03 88 47 18 51). Hours 2010.

Parking :

Two free car parks are at the entrance to the European Centre of Deported Resistance Members, one for private cars, the other for coaches.
Caravans may be parked in the bus lot during the time of the visit.
